We supply Auto Shutter Fiber Optic Adapters are designed for mounting in standard rectangular cut out style panels. The auto shutter is designed to prevent ingress of dust and also to prevent accidental exposure to laser. Auto Shuttered adapter utilizes the conventional split ceramic sleeve method to align fibers and thus ensures the same precision and optical performance as the normal adapter.The SC fiber optic adapters provide various types including single mode and multimode, zirconia sleeve and bronze sleeve, simplex and duplex type. We also supply the metal housing SC fiber optic adapters with Simplex and duplex type.
The SC adapter with integrated swing shutter is designed for FTTH applications.
